Cook dinner from scratch. Visit a park, museum, or restaurant. Watch the sunset. Dance. Write someone a letter. Exercise. Take five deep breaths. Call somebody just to talk. Play a board game. Do a puzzle. Hug someone you love for a long time. Deep clean something. Go for a walk. Read a good book. Paint, draw, or color. Volunteer for a charity. Introduce yourself to someone new. Play a musical instrument.
